I am going on vacation or living somewhere else for a while. Can I take my Helpline with me?

It is possible for your Helpline to be taken with you to another location, though it is important that we know where that location is, so we can test the device and know where to send help! Please give us a call if you would like to bring your Helpline somewhere new so we may discuss and update your information. 705-523-7000 / 1-800-667-8017.

What type of information does the Emergency Response Centre have access to?

All information (address, phone numbers and responding parties…) is kept strictly confidential and is to be provided by the client and or other family members. Only authorized users on the account (as designated by you) will have access to this information should they call in.

In the event I believe I need service, what do I do?

Trained Helpline technicians are available 8am-8pm, every day, including holidays. After-hours our Helpline answering service is always available to assist at 705-523-7000 or 1-800-667-8019.

If I’m moving, what do I do?
Prior to moving, please call the Helpline office during business hours (Mon-Fri: 8am to 430pm) at 705-523-7000 or 1-800-667-8019.
How can I change my personal information that I gave Helpline?

Simply call us at 705-523-7000 / 1-800-667-8019 and ask to speak with someone in our Data Entry Department.
