Whether a personal, professional home installation or a fast, easy shipment to your home, our two offices in Northern Ontario or our professional Helpline staff, someone is always available to assist you 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

The Helpline Emergency Response Center provides the personal connection between you and our Monitoring Station. After a quick assessment of the situation, our Bilingual Emergency Dispatchers will send emergency services and also notify your family, friends or caregivers that help is on the way. Your personal safety is paramount and all Helpline Emergency Response dispatchers are APCO trained. Our monitoring station is The Monitoring Association (TMA) Five Diamond Certified and ULC listed. International certification for public safety communications professionals to ensure our Call Takers have the foundational knowledge and abilities everyday to meet the demands of this critical work.

> Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (ULC) Central Station.

National certification to ensure the highest quality for central stations in compliance with CPVXC.BP7406, Commercial Type Signal Receiving Centres, Full and Shared Service and DAYIC.S6804, Fire Protective Signalling Systems, Signal Receiving Centres, Full and Shared Service. The Canadian Call Center Association 24/7 Site Certification is awarded to sites that adhere to high level of proficiency, good business practices, documentation of procedures, and levels of redundancy necessary for 24/7 preparedness.
