Our Business is helping people in their
times of need.

It’s what we do, everyday.

With over 25 years experience of providing Personal Emergency Response Systems to residents across Northeastern Ontario, we have become known for providing reliable, efficient and accurate Personal Emergency Response services.

We are part of the Northern Communication Services Group of Companies, which has been delivering high-quality services for over 60 years. With our certified monitoring station, we have the ability to monitor you seamlessly across Canada.

Whether a personal, professional home installation or a fast, easy shipment to your home, our two offices in Northern Ontario or our professional Helpline staff, someone is always available to assist you 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

The Helpline Emergency Response Center provides the personal connection between you and our Monitoring Station. After a quick assessment of the situation, our Bilingual Emergency Dispatchers will send emergency services and also notify your family, friends or caregivers that help is on the way. Your personal safety is paramount and all Helpline Emergency Response dispatchers are APCO trained. Our monitoring station is The Monitoring Association (TMA) Five Diamond Certified and ULC listed.
